Thanks to donations received from Old Selbornians and Friends of Selborne, the Water Polo centre at Selborne College has been transformed into a world class facility.
The upgrades include heat pumps and blankets being installed. This enables the pool to be covered in the winter season. Lights were erected and new cabling for the scoreboard laid. The seating has been upgraded and a new grandstand built. The ground within the water polo centre was levelled and new grass and paving laid. These upgrades enable year round and evening training.
The upgrade of these facilities have been made possible thanks to the support and generosity of the following Old Selbornians and Friends of Selborne, many of whom cherish the memories of playing water polo for Selborne.
